I am naturally able to build rapport quickly which helps put clients at ease. The magic happens when I use my ability to challenge in combination with this! This allows courageous conversations to take place, helping you to think and therefore act differently – thus getting them closer to where you want to be. Whilst I do not leave any stone un-turned, I do this in a supportive manner, which really helps get results.
My down-to-earth style, straight-forward approach and years of experience mean I am as comfortable with shop-floor colleagues as I am with board members.

My experience in HR/L&D is combined with academic rigour. I translate that in a way that is practical and relatable.
I have a postgraduate Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Manchester University and have British Psychological Society Levels A & B accreditation. I am currently studying at Ashridge Business School on the Executive Coaching programme.
